CrossCut CrossFit is Hayward’s only affiliate of CrossFit, the internationally renowned fitness movement that has redefined what it means to be fit.
There’s nothing typical about CrossFit or CrossCut CrossFit.
CrossFit training prepares you for the demands of life. We strengthen the most basic of human movements: squatting, lifting, pushing, pulling, balancing, throwing and picking stuff up.
Our specialty is not specializing. Our workouts draw from many disciplines — kettlebell training, gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, running and more — to create unique, intense workouts that are constantly varied.
Boredom is never an issue here, and neither are over-use injuries and imbalances.
Our program is designed to develop fitness that is broad, general, and inclusive. We want to help you meet the challenges everyday life throws at you, whether you’re 16 or 96.
