Our Coaches Make it Possible
AmberAmber is our rock. She coaches early, late and in-between. She's been our go-to coach for five years. She was three-sport athlete in high school, but after a 2008 car accident shattered her foot and ankle, doctors told her she wasn’t likely to participate in sports again. CrossFit proved them wrong.
The mother of active twin daughters, Amber has also received training in StrongFit and coaches high school volleyball.
ShaneShane is an avid outdoorsman whose initial introduction to CrossFit fizzled because it coincided with hunting season. Now this super-fit athlete has learned how to juggle all his passions, including raising two athletic, outdoors-loving twin daughters and coaching city league and high school baseball. He excelled in football, hockey and baseball in high school and has been a top performer in CrossFit for more than three years.
