Our classes are 75 minutes long. A typical session goes like this: Athletes work on their own for 10-15 minutes doing warm up stretches and exercises specifically chosen for the day. That’s followed by a coached skills session, where athletes learn, practice and strengthen safe and efficient movements and skills. Then it’s time for the day’s Metcon (short for metabolic conditioning), an intense five to 25 minute workout that challenges the athlete’s skills, strength and endurance. Movements, weights and intensity for each workout are scaled to the athlete's capabilities.

Our monthly membership fee of $70 for adults ($40 for athletes 17 and under) allows access to all classes and open gym times for maximum flexibility.
DROP IN POLICY: As part of this beautiful vacation community, we welcome hundreds of visiting CrossFitters every year. If you'd like to join us for a workout, please call or text Darlene at 715-558-0199 in advance to let us know when to expect you, especially over holiday and event season, when class schedule may vary. Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before class to introduce yourself and fill out our waiver.
You must have CrossFit skills and experience to attend classes. For those without CrossFit experience, we suggest using our Open Gym hours for your own workout, using our space and equipment.
We charge $15 per visit.
